SpaceCAD is the leading model rocket software for
Microsoft® Windows®.
SpaceCAD calculates the stability of model
rockets by automatically determining the center of gravity and the
center of pressure of model rockets, as well as do a flight prediction.
SpaceCAD supports model rockets with multiple stages. It gives recommendations
on parachute size and best delay times for self-built model rockets.
Background
SpaceCAD looks back on a successful history in Europe
since the early 90's as the leading software to design model rockets
and has been available internationally since December 2000. SpaceCAD
has been rated 5 cows by Tucows. It is written by Andreas Firnau (NAR# 75119)
